Skyewaze LLC (“Skyewaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an advertising agency that plans, buys, and manages streaming TV and digital advertising campaigns for businesses (our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in two settings: (1) when you visit our website at skyewaze.com (the “Site”), and (2) when we provide the Services to our clients. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

When we run campaigns for clients, our clients decide what audiences to reach and what data to use. In most cases, we act as a service provider working on our client’s behalf and under our written agreement with them.

To plan, run, and measure campaigns, we may receive or access:

  • Client contact information: names, emails, and phone numbers of the people we work with at client businesses.
  • Client customer data: customer lists a client provides for audience matching, which we require to be encrypted or hashed before upload where the platform supports it.
  • Campaign data from advertising platforms: impressions, views, clicks, conversions, device type, general location, and similar performance data. This data is typically aggregated or tied to advertising identifiers rather than names.
  • Website and conversion data: data from tracking tags that clients place on their own websites to measure campaign results.

 

How We Use Service Information


We use this information only to deliver the Services, including to target and deliver ads, limit how often ads are shown, measure results, prepare reports, prevent fraud, and communicate with our clients. We do not use one client’s customer data to serve another client.

Advertising Platforms

 

We run campaigns on third party platforms, which may include streaming TV networks and apps, Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and programmatic advertising platforms. These companies collect and process data under their own privacy policies, and we do not control their practices.

Ads we run may be tailored to your interests. You can limit this by:

Skyewaze is based in the United States and works with team members and partners in other countries, including Peru, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Congo. Your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.


Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Website inquiry data is generally kept for up to two (2) years after our last interaction with you. Client campaign data is kept for the length of the client relationship and is deleted or returned as set out in the client agreement.


Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information, including restricted account access and permission controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us.


Your Rights


Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
